Laney graduate students are invited to attend the CIRTL information session on January 30th, 3:30pm in White Hall 101. The discussion will include: upcoming CIRTL events and courses, how to achieve a CIRTL Certificate, and how CIRTL at Emory can support your teaching and learning journey!

Spring 2020 Career Coaching Appointments The Office of Professional Development and Career Planning is pleased to offer a limited number of one-on-one career coaching sessions this semester. These professional coaches include Ariela Freedman, PhD, an Emory alum who specializes in the Strengths-Based approach, and Helen Klepac, MA, who brings a wealth of knowledge of career counseling and graduate student affairs. If you are interested in setting aside time for a one-on-one coaching session, please fill out the Career Coaching Interest Form.
Emory Biotech Consultation Club Kick-Off Event The Emory Biotech Consultation Club invites you to attend their kick-off event. Students will have an opportunity to learn about the organization and its latest projects. Attendees will also be able to join teams relevant to their interests. The event will be followed by a networking reception.
Data Science for Scientists ATL General Body Meeting Data Science for Scientists ATL will host the next general body meeting at 3PM on Wednesday, Jan 29 at AMUC Room 225. Jen Doty from Emory Libraries will be giving a talk about the library’s data management services. Light refreshments will be provided.
Dissertation Bootcamp Open to Laney graduate students, the one-day boot camp is an opportunity for graduate students to work on their projects for an entire day. Attendees can set and share writing goals within a supportive community of writers. Please RSVP as space is limited.
