The Emory Global Health Institute | Decolonizing Global Health Series Decolonizing Global Health is a five-part series focusing on global health, colonialism, and how to foster change in global health research, education, and practice. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Jeffrey P. Koplan, Vice President for Global Health at Emory University.
Participants may register for the panel discussion and/or the breakout session. Separate registration is required for each. The breakout session will include a guided discussion about suggested readings. Both the panel discussion and the breakout sessions are open to the public.
Data Science Software Carpentry Workshop Data Science for Scientists ATL is hosting a Software Carpentry workshop for graduate students as well as other researchers at Emory. Software Carpentry aims to help researchers get their work done in less time and with less pain by teaching them basic research computing skills. This hands-on workshop will cover basic concepts and tools, including program design, version control, data management, and task automation. Prior experience is not required for attendance.
