The Robert W. Woodruff Library is excited to support doctoral students by offering a limited number of individual library studies reservable for either the fall or spring semester. Library studies are equipped with a desk, chair, and shelves. Wireless network access is available. To ensure equitable access, the following eligibility requirements apply:
Students meeting the above eligibility requirements are encouraged to complete a library studies application. Please note, in accordance with Emory University's campus safety guidelines, Emory Libraries requires strict safety protocols for patrons and staff. Please reference Emory Libraries Fall 2020 catalog of online and on-site services for additional information regarding library services, spaces, and required safety protocols. Applications will be accepted through Monday, September 21st. In the event that demand exceeds supply, a random selection of eligible applicants will occur. Selected applicants will be notified by email on or before Friday, September 25th.
For those graduate students not meeting the above eligibility requirements, additional space to support sustained, in-depth research has been reserved on Level 3 of the Woodruff Main Library and is available daily by appointment.
