Dear LGS Staff,
Thank you for your patience as we awaited the University’s guidance regarding staff remote work, in light of the COVID-19 outbreak. Below is the message that was sent to all employees this afternoon.
As recommended by the CDC to support social distancing, Emory University will be transitioning to remote work over the next month for employees who are able to do so. All employees who are able to work remotely should be doing so on a routine basis by March 30, 2020, and until further notice is provided. Please refer to the message below for more details.
LGS will begin transitioning to remote work for all staff as soon as possible. Please discuss your remote work arrangement with your supervisor and team leader before beginning your transition to remote work. In addition to the University resources on the Human Resources website, attached are two documents to help you with the transition:
Remote Work – LGS Staff Guidelines Please review and discuss both documents with your supervisor before beginning your transition to remote work. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me directly at dlynchc@emory.edu or 404-727-4581.
